I have just booked a short tour of Guilin from Vanessa and am writing this email to convey my pleasure and confidence in dealing with her, after going thru a few tour agents. She is efficient,has a good command of English and very helpful... As this is a small short family tour, I would definitely look upon her in future tours and would also recommend her to friends for same purposes.
