Lynne's Feedback on 4-Day China Tour

I cannot say enough about Leon and his personal service. I really had so many questions for him, probably more than most. He was so patient and answered all of my inquires promptly. I feel that he has that personality to help anyone to the best of his ability. I changed my mind many times and he always found a way to please me. I felt as if I knew him and could ask anything and would get an honest answer. I am sure that my letter is one of many. He is a very important man to have as a travel advisor. I work with the public and truly recognize someone who goes above and beyond. I feel that if anything was not right with my tour that he would make it right. I foresee nothing of that nature.
